Mincha/Maariv: 7:00 PM
Candle Lighting: 8:01 PM
Friday Night Shekiah: 8:19 PM
Shacharis: 9:00 AM
Latest Shema: 9:30 AM
Mincha: 7:55 PM, followed by Shalosh Seudos
Shekiah: 8:18 PM
Maariv/Nightfall: 9:06 PM

    WEEKDAY SCHEDULE

Shacharis -
Sunday: 8:30 AM
Monday- Friday: 6:45 AM

Mincha -
Sunday - Thursday: 7:50 PM
Friday: 7:00 PM
Candle lighting next Shabbos: 7:54 PM

Halachos of the 3 Weeks

  • One may not get a haircut (Ashkenazim and some Sephardim).
  • One should not wear new expensive clothing or new shoes unless they are to be worn on Shabbos.
  • One should refrain from buying a new car or moving into a new home.
  • Weddings or any other social parties during the Three Weeks are forbidden (Ashkenazim and some Sephardim).
  • One should not attend any musical events (Asheknazim and some Sephardim).

There is a strong minhag to refrain from listening to music. There are various opinions amongst the Poskim about listening to acapella, listening to music while exercising, and playing as a professional musician. Please contact Rabbi Federgrun if you have any questions about this (Asheknazim and some Sephardim).
