Bnai Israel Ohev Zedek

One may not get a haircut (Ashkenazim and some Sephardim).
One should not wear new expensive clothing or new shoes unless they are to be worn on Shabbos.
One should refrain from buying a new car or moving into a new home.
Weddings or any other social parties during the Three Weeks are forbidden (Ashkenazim and some Sephardim).
One should not attend any musical events (Asheknazim and some Sephardim).

There is a strong minhag to refrain from listening to music. There are various opinions amongst the Poskim about listening to acapella, listening to music while exercising, and playing as a professional musician.
